Our personal style of teaching provides plenty of opportunity to work closely with instructors and fellow students in small seminars, ensuring that the university does not become a mere 'degree factory'. Many of our programmes can be tailored to your interests, and we provide assistance for students to broaden their perspective with international research and exchange programmes. Lively student city Radboud University is situated in Nijmegen, the oldest city in the Netherlands and a true student city. Students appreciate the many opportunities that the city offers for relaxation and entertainment. There are many cultural activities and festivals, numerous museums, galleries, theatre, a concert hall and cinemas, as well as a great number of restaurants and cafés. It is a safe, friendly place to live and study, with the whole of Europe at your doorstep. We have 12 Bachelor’s programmes and more than 35 Master’s programmes fully taught in English. All our programmes are full-time on-campus studies and are internationally accredited by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO). Many of our programmes have been rated best in the Netherlands. The many specialisations will give you the necessary skills and insights into research and practice within your own subject area. We offer 12 English-taught Bachelor’s programmes in the following disciplines: We offer over 35 English-taught Master’s programmes in the following disciplines: We understand that students would like to see the city of Nijmegen and the Radboud campus to taste the atmosphere of the place where they will spend one or more years of their student life. Each year, we organise Open Days in November and March for Master’s and Bachelor’s students, or you can arrange a special meeting on campus. We also regularly visit fairs, schools and universities abroad. These courses enable students and researchers to enhance their knowledge and to explore different scientific areas while at the same time expanding their international network. In the 2017 edition more than 600 participants from 75 countries took part, which makes Radboud Summer School one of the largest summer school in the Netherlands.
