国际学校创建于2005年，发展至今已拥有在校学生175名。所设年级包括婴幼班至小学6年级。学校的宗旨是“培养能够以尊重和欣赏的态度跨文化交流，并且善于创造性思考和协作的学生。”学校通过基于研究的课程体系发展出一套特殊的教育模式。半天英文、半天中文环境的课堂设置，较大程度上促进学生两种语言和文化能力的平行发展。学校重视学生多元文化意识、创造力和问题解决能力的开发培养，将学生发起、教师引导的课堂活动贯穿于整套教学体系中。
